Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Transport refrigeration company Thermo King has launched a temperature monitoring device which can monitor, record and print temperatures at up to seven locations.

The Thermo King Data Management System (DMS) also monitors and records humidity, unit operating modes (defrost, heat, cool), external events such as door opening and thermostat setpoints. Alarms on each channel mean data recorded cannot be erased. Information is printed out via a hand-held printer in graph or table form with name, date and time.

A simple cable connection allows the DMS to download directly to any IBM compatible PC.

The system can be installed in the truck cab or externally — a waterproof enclosure is not required. Contact Thermo King Europe on Galway (Ireland) 51231.
