Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Used CV sales show little sign of recovery, according to industry consultants CAP Nationwide Motor Research.

In its June report CAP says sales of light commercial vehicles are "increasingly scarce" with a recent drop in demand from the larger retailing groups. No improvement is expected this month.

However it reports a small improvement of sales at the heavy end of the market with an increase in sales enquiries. It adds: "With a certain degree of confidence now returning ... the next few months should see many more of these potential buyers returning with a firm intention to purchase."
