Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Star, Poland's leading truck builder, has ordered Perkins Phaser four-cylinder turbocharged engines to power its 7.5-tonne 4x2 rigid chassis.

The first of this year's planned 500 units have been dispatched, and annual volumes are expected to more than double.

The 82kW (110hp) Phasers meet required emission standards as well as offering more power and torque than Star's current engines. They will power trucks sold in Poland and those it exports to Central and South America, Africa and other eastern european countries.

Star is also planning to fit Perkins charge-cooled sixcylinder engines in its redeveloped heavier range of trucks. All the power units for Star will be built at Perkins' Peterborough factory.
