AYou are entitled to what are known as

customary holidays such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Whit Monday (or any other day substituted for it by national proclamation), August Bank Holiday and all nationally proclaimed holidays.

In addition, you are entitled to annual holiday to be taken between May 1 and October 15 each year. The amount of holiday due to you depends on the length of the period you were employed before the start of the holiday season, namely May 1.
