Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Having three car decks for commercial vehicles, a new type of roll-On/off ferry will come into service early next month on the Stranraer /Larne route, operated by British Transport Ship Management (Scotland) Ltd, a subsidiary of British Rail Shipping and International Services Division. Mr Gordon W. Stewart, chairman, said that in the past year freight traffic on the route had increased by 46 per cent and the new ship, on charter from Stena Line of Gothenburg, will carry 45 large commercial vehicles on two decks and 70 trade cars on the third. Initially, the vessel will make one round crossing daily, sailing from Stranraer at 8.45 am and returning from Larne at 5 pm.
