• On Tuesday the 140-vehicle fleet of J & H Transport Ltd joined the Ralph Hilton Transport Group. Mr R. Hilton, the group chairman, whose shares were standing at 73p when the deal was concluded, told CM that the share value of J & H now stood at £1,455,000.
