Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

We cannot be accused of word juggling, or of bestowing undue praise, when we say that the De Dion-Bouton Company has always succeeded in securing for its machines, whatever their size, the highest testimonials in regard to reliability and lasting qualities. There are quieter machines ; there are cheaper machines but it is questionable whether there are more uniformly good motor vehicles than the De Dion. This, perhaps, is the reason why so large a number of doctors have chosen a small De Dion for their professional work, and it is certainly upon this well-earned record for hard work and endurance that De DimBouton, Ltd., is relying principally in the special efforts it is now making to secure the favour of " knights of the road," in the same way that it has already earned the confidence in its productions of such a large section of the medical profession.

The photograph we reproduce is of a typical car, which the company has supplied to Messrs. E. Penton and Son, leather merchants, of Mortimer Street. W., for travellers' use. It will be seen that the design of the body has been carefully considered. A commodious and Hooded front seat of substantial construction, in conjunction with the glass windscreen and the side doors, afford ample protection during inclereent weather, whilst the design of the box part of the body is, of course, variable to almost any extent to suit the diverse nature of commercial travellers' storage requirements. Any one of the standard De Dian models is adaptable to this particular service, and enquiries in this direction should be addressed to De Dion-Benton (1907), Ltd., ro, Great -Marlborough Street, Regent Street, London, W.
