NEW heater—model D31 11,200 .3TU diesel-fired — has been introduced by Eberspacher (UK) Limited. It is the stretched verq,ion of the miniature Di L and has the same Clean modern lines.
The D3L has the same mounting arrangements and sizing as D1L. The company claims it is ideal as a large output option for cold climates or larger cabs.
With the same basic installation features Eberspacher claims it will help original equipment designers in the off-highway industry, particularly where the normal or cold climate cab options can be set down in one irawing.

Swedish Zepro tail lifts are now supplied with a heated exterior control switch as standard and at no extra cost.
Following extensive testing in North Sweden, the heating element has been found effective in eliminating moisture in switches which is a common source of lift control problems.
Current consumption is minimal, it is claimed, and the element can be used for a yearround operation without overheating.

Eurojig cuts a summer caper
SAVINGS of up to £800 are offered by Colette-Churchill on its Eurojig lifting benches as part of a "summer sale" that also includes the the offer of nearly 25 per cent off the price of crossmembers needed to marry up to the company's easy-to-use Integral brackets.
The "sale", which lasts until August 31 on the Muf 60 range and to September 30 on modular cross-members, is part of Celette-Churchill's "get prepared" programme to support the body-repair industry's move towards higher equipment standards.
The biggest savings are for packages linked with the Muf 60T Eurojig. This four-post jig-lift is unique in the body field in offering a full-frame wheelfree system as part of a lifting-bench configuration.
Such an arrangement speeds vehicle loading, enables faster stripping and replacement of components, quicker bracket location, easier vehicle positioning and exceptional underbody access.
The wheelfree system has built-in roller boxes to make it even easier to position cars on the brackets. The lift is the 21/2tonne wheelfree Bradbury model 800A which can also be used as a general service lift with particular value for brake and wheel servicing.
The Muf 60T Eurojig, complete with winch, decking plates, approach ramps, databook and bracket bolts is offered at £4,290, a saving of £610.
The Muf 60P, which also includes Cobra 3 double-articulated pull/push arm, sill clamps and chain anchor for downward pulls, is priced at [5,470, a saving of £780.
The Muf 60PC Eurojig is the total system for diagnosis and repair, including Cobra 3, sill clamps, chain anchor and all necessary chains and clamps and costs £5,650 — a saving of £800.
