Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AMEY ROADSTONE has ordered 39 Leyland Constructor 30.25 chassis from the London Truck Centre at Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.

The 30.25 is similar to the Constructor 30.21, but is powered by the Rolls-Royce 265L engine instead of Leyland's own TL11 unit.

ARC is putting the new Leyland eight-wheelers into service hauling refuse as part of a waste disposal contract with the Gr ter London Council (see p16).

Each 5.8m (18ft 11in) wheelbase chassis is fitted with a 45 um (58cuyd) Neville Charrold all welded aluminium body. Because of the body weight (2.45m or 8ft 1n), a roof mouated wind deflector has been specified to reduce drag.
