Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Transmission: rear-wheel, 5spd manual GVWs: 3,000-3,500kg Wheelbases: 2,545-3,350mm Bodies: three vvheelbases Load volume: chassis-cab When Toyota launched the Dyna at the end of 2001 we thought it signalled Toyota's intentions in the UK CV market. Sadly, it seemed nothing more than a flash in the pan and although the Fttle 3.5-tonner is a decent enough proposition it's well behind its arch rival, the Nissan Cabstar on sales.

A 3.0t chassis cab is also available. Both are powered by the 2.5-litre D4D Toyota engine, one of the best common-rail motors around, with the lighter GVW version using the 88hp engine and the bigger truck the 102hp model. All Dyna 's have five-speed transmission. The interior is simple and straightforward and a bit cramped for larger people. But you can poke the Dyna in pretty much anywhere.

On the road it is a bit of a handful and rot one of our favourites, too much understeer and a very harsh suspension make it an uncomfortable ride, while the cab over engine design makes a noisy interior.

LIKES AND DISLIKES...

✓ Common-rail engine one of the best around ✓ Manoeuvrability X Noisy inside the cab X Too cramped
