Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

delivered its first factory-built Magnum 6x2 tagaxle tractive unit to the UK.

The 6x2 model was announced last summer. Suspension is by parabolic leaf springs on the front axle and "Airtronic" air suspension on the drive and tag axles. The rear of the chassis can be lowered by 180mm, to ease coupling and uncoupling: Ride height is automatically reset when the vehicle moves off.

The tag axle also has an airdump capability to transfer weight to the drive axle when extra traction is needed.

Axles are plated at 6.7 tonnes (front), 10.17 tonnes (drive) axle and 6.1 tonnes (tag) with a 4.6m outer axle spread. Gross vehicle weight is 22.5 tonnes with a design gross combination weight of 50 tonnes. Renault claims an unladen weight of 8,349kg, giving a 29.65 tonne trailer and payload allowance at 38 tonnes GCW.

The Magnum 385ti23TD will serve with Dayround Transport in Watford, for runs to Italy.
