Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A CRANE FRUEHAUF drawbar trailer is the first UK-built trailer to be equipped with Fruehauf's mark four version of the GLZ (grossraum last zug) drawbar equipment. The first Ackermann Fruehauf GLZ was first described in CM, May 23, 1981.

Daimler-Benz was involved in the development of the first GLZ and because of the patents applied for, Fruehauf was restricted to using only Mercedes chassis.

The latest version is of a different design, and new patents have been applied for by Fruehauf, which is now free to equip other chassis. German-built GLZ trailers have already gone into service with Bedford and Ford vehicles operated by the electricity boards.

The East Dereham-built trailer has been ordered by Sony (UK) and will be drawn by a 5.4m wheelbase Scania R112 with factory fitted air suspension — Boalloy is fitting the bodies with a 7m (23ft) deck length on the drawing vehicle and a 7.78m (25.5ft) deck length on the trailer.

Sony's main reason for specifying the GLZ was the 48ft 6in of deck length it provided within an 18m (59ft) overall
