Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SPECIAL bodied Land-Rover for the transport of explosives has been supplied to the Health and Safety Executive by Macclesfield Motor Bodies.

The independently mounted body fitted to a 109in wheelbase Land-Rover with the 2.25-litre diesel engine is a modular insulated construction with Dawnpress scuff-proof exterior.

The interior is partitioned at floor height, is completely smooth and the container-type lockable rear door is air-tight. With the exception of the door hinge nuts, which are brass, the interior has no metal fittings.

The steel sub-frame has Cape Monolux fire proofing as does the full height and width steel firescreen mounted between the cab and body.

The fuel and electrical systems can be isolated in an emergency.

The vehicle is also fitted with coach-type rear light clusters, fire extinguishers, Chalwyn spark arrestor, warning beacons and Hazchem signs.
