Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

UKASTA, the United Kingdom Agricultural Supply Trade Association, has harnessed the Freight Transport Association's services to produce a sixmonthly transport costing service for its members.

It has used the FTA's computer data to provide detailed costs for over 500 vehicles in eight groups, detailing replacement costs, anticipated life, average annual mileage, fuel consumption, tyre life, drivers' wages, standing costs and running costs per mile.

There are nearly 100 subscribers to the service at present, and Ukasta members can join the service for £42 plus vat and pay £14 plus vat each year as a renewal fee, while non-members' joining fee is £96.60 (£63 plus vat and £21 plus vat).

Details are available from Ukasta on 01-930 3611.
