Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

rr HIS 3,170 gal. tanker for carrying bitumen has recently been supplied to Shell-Mex and B.P. Ltd. by Scammell Lorries Ltd. An unusual feature, not often seen on road-going tankers, is the use of cargo heating tubes which are designed for naked-flame heating. Where bitumen is required at high temperatures for use on jobs or sites where there is no convenient rail siding, the tank can be parked containing its load for any period. When the time comes for use, oil-fired burners are clamped on to the heating tubes and it takes only a short time to bring the cargo up to a suitable temperature.

The tubes pass right through the tank and to two chimneys situated adjacent to the rear top-mounted walkways. The tubes are 8 in. in diameter and approximately 50 ft. long.
