THE second edition of "Questions and Answers on Diesel Engines" (6s.) will be published by George Newnes, Ltd., on January 21. It is a pocket-sized manual in which all the important features of oil-engine design and operation are dealt with by question and answer.
In this way the author is enabled to deal with a technical subject in a manner which is at once interesting and highly informative. It is a publication which can be soundly recommended to students and others interested in this type of power unit.
