PRESENT prosperous conditions should not deceive C licence operators into thinking that their freedom is eternally secure, says Mr. S. C. Bond, president of the Traders' Road Transport Association, in the current issue of the Association's bulletin. "On the contrary," he adds, "the signs are not wanting that sooner or later the ancillary user may once again be the target for politicians."
