IMMIGRATION OFFICIALS have arrested nine employees at Sainsbury's giant Hams Hall distribution depot in Warwickshire following a tip-off.

Several employees were said to be working there in breach of employment and immigration regulations and using fake documents.

A Home Office spokeswoman reports: This operation was staged in response to specific and strong intelligence suggesting that a number of employees were likely to be of interest to the immigration service."
