Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Two-thirds of 97 trucks subjected to a joint police and Vehicle Inspectorate check on the M4 in South Wales on Thursday last week (18 July) were in perfect condition.

The rest of the vehicles checked at a VI testing station near J34 at Miskin had mainly minor defects, say South Wales Traffic Police.
