Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ROBINS WAY BLOCKED • The Department of Transport has closed the gap in the central reservation on Robin Hood Way, south of the A3 Robin Hood Roundabout in Kingston.

The experiment will last for a maximum of 18 months and it will ban U-turns from either carriageway, through the gap in the central reserve, and also entry into Vale Crescent (south) from the London-bound carriageway.

Drivers wishing to proceed northwards from Vale Crescent will be able to gain access to the northbound carriageway 1.9km south, via Coombe Lane flyover.
