Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

From next week CM will be published in a larger format, printed to an increased page size designed to be easier to read. By accepting a different style of binding we shall also be able to produce CM more quickly, and hope this will enable us to eliminate the pockets of late delivery which have persisted despite considerable efforts to guarantee, on time arrival.

From next week, too, CM will increase in price — but only by two pence. The build up of cost increases over the past year has made an increase necessary, but by changing the style of binding and other measures we have managed to keep to this low figure. The increase in page size has not affected the cost situation, which would have demanded a price rise anyway.

There will be no decrease in the quality of the journals contents — in fact we have some, valuable special features, in colour and black and white, scheduled for forthcoming issues. And popular regular items such as Know the Law, Q and A and New Equipment will continue.

Our aim is to make Britains most authorititive and biggest selling road transport journal brighter, easier to read — and punctual everywhere.
