Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Road 'Transport Association that during this year a considerable increase in membership has been secured, . and this is continuing. Quite clearly, whatever the outcome of the Parliamentary proceedings on the Transport Bill,Nthe strongest possible organization of C-licence holders will be needed.

The purpose of this body is to take whatever action may be desirable to further the interests of its members Where, however, matters are of common concern to other sections of the industry, joint action is taken through the N.R.T.F.

No doubt the great work done by this Association in fighting those clauses in the Transport Bill which were intended to restrict the ancillary users will make further operators register their approval by applying for membership.
