A Grimsby councillor is asking the town council to form a special committee to inquire into the whole question of the use of the streets by heavy locomotive and motor traffic, including the powers of the corporation to regulate or restrict it, and what steps it is advisable to take with a view to preventing the present danger to pedestrians and injury to property by vibration.
