Keen-eyed readers of CM will note that this week we launch a new series in our

operations section called 'The Office' (see page 42).This monthly feature will look at the latest trucks on the market specifically from the fleet managers' perspective, reporting on the things that matter most to those signing the cheques for new equipment. We will focus on cab durability and overall build quality, value for money, 'mission-matching; and health and safety.

We begin with the popular DM; CF85. looking ahead to what the latest Euro-5 versions will offer. Next up will be the Renault Premium Long Distance 6x2.

As 'The Office' series develops, we'll be looking to add feedback and comments from the operators who have direct experience of particular models.
