WE regret to record the death of COL. HAROLD RANI OCK SANKEY. Col. Sankey, who was 59, was chairman of Joseph Sankey and Sons, Ltd. Earlier this year he relinquished the managing directorship because of ill health. He was also a director of Guest Keen and Nettlefolds, Ltd. From 194244 he was Midland Regional Controller of the Ministry of Production.
