ORDINARY shareholders of Jowett Cars, Ltd., last week approved the agreement for the sale of the company's factory at Idle to the International Harvester Co. of Great Britain, Ltd. Mr. A. F. Jopling, chairman and managing director of lowett, said that certain plant and facilities at Idle would be retained until August, 1955, to service Jowett and Bradford vehicles.
Since 1946, the Jowett concern made 65,000 vehicles.
