Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

publicservice vehicles travelling to Doncaster on dates from September 8-11, during the St. Leger race week, have been announced by the Yorkshire Licensing Authority.

Vehicles from the north will be diverted at Ferry bridge along A645 to Snaith, A614 to Thorne, and A18 to Doneaster.

Vehicles joining the Great North Road south of Ferrybridge will travel by the normal route to Doncaster, turning left at the Gaurriont Cinema into Thorne Road.

Traffic from the Selby direction will be diverted at Hut Green via Snaith, Thorne to Doncaster.

On all these routes, vehicles carrying race traffic will then travel along Zetland Road, Leicester Avenue, Shaftesbury Avenue and Tudor Road to the bus park in Sandall Beat Road, Traffic from the west will travel along Balby Road, St. Sepulchregate, St. James Street, Chequer Road, Carr House Road, through H car park to the bus park opposite Doncaster Rovers' ground. They will return by Bawtry Road and Carr House Road.
