Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

West Wales-based haulier Roland Llewellin has set up an internet-based load matching service targeted at reefer operators (see above). Available loads are automatically matched to hauliers with spare capacity on a relevant route; they are offered the load via e-mail and text messages to their mobile phones.

"Traditional load-matching sites are not specialised for refrigerated transport and you have to go on to those sites to search for loads," says Llewellin. "This one is a lot more pro-active because we send the load details out to everyone who is active on that particular route. If a haulier has a load he can't cover. at the present subscriber level. the details of that load will go out to 150 operators who between them will have up to 1,500 trucks."
