Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Not many people moving home, surrounded by packing oases, Hessian bags, securing straps and removal estimators are able to pursue a normal existence, but the FTA seems to be one of the few. Despite preparing for its pending move from Croydon to Tunbridge Wells, the Association information department continues to churn out goodies for the members: the latest is an attractive 18-page brochure giving some of the background of the Association and the transport industry.

The brochure covers such statistics as a comparison between own-account and public haulage in miles run and tonnages carried; it shows the rise and fall and recovery of the TIR carnets, which it has been issuing since 1966; and it deals some popular misconceptions a hefty thump in a light-hearted but telling manner. I suppose by getting the pamphlets out this early a removal cost has been avoided for 15,000 books. That is good housekeeping.
