Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A MISPRINT in a caption on page 46 of last week's CM gave a wrong impression of .a point Mr Ron Ellis was making in his CM Conference presentation. The reference—to the varying vehicle life among different categories of vehicles —should have concluded that heavy goods vehicle operators would •be noisier (not "wiser") if they kept their vehicles for 21 years as tended to happen in the psv market.

Also, the Light Goods category should read "Up to 14.5 tons."
