WHEN traffic returns were discussed by Hull Transport Committee, last week, one member commented that figures for the 10 weeks under review suggested that 41m. fewer passengers were being carried each year. "It would seem that we are staggering into a firstclass financial crisis, and we should do something about it very quickly," be declared.
