JOHN EGMORE has been granted permission for two vehicles at Pear Tree Farm, Walsham Road, Diss, subject to conditions and undertakings: ● authorised vehicles must enter and exit the operating centre in a forward gear at all times; ● when not in use, the authorised vehicles shall be parked in the parking area; ● vehicles shall make no more than one movement out of the operating centre, and one movement back into the operating centre, each day; ● authorised vehicles shall not exceed 7,500kg gross plated weight; ● engines of authorised vehicles shall not be left running more than five minutes before leaving the site; ● no maintenance of the authorised vehicles to be carried out at the yard; ● no movement, operation, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles before 6am and after 7pm Monday to Friday, and no movement, operation, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday.
