Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

■ Well known Bedfordshire haulier Keith Harvey is to retire and is selling his 24-Volvo and 40-trailer fleet.

The doors at RW Harvey & Sons were closed for the last time on Friday (27 April) and the fleet will now be sold by auction on 19 Max The sale ends more than 45 years of general haulage at the firm's Sandy base.

"The company was set up by my father and came out of the old BRS depot in Bedford," Harvey says'We've been a well-respected business in the area but I'm 65, am ready to retire and haven't got anyone to pass the business onto. Things like the 48-hour working week certainly won't help and for me, it's time to get out." Harvey reports all the drivers have been offered alternative jobs.

The sale is expected to attract a good deal of interest.
