Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WEST GERMAN bus manufacturer MAN has gained a number of major export orders for buses. In the United States the Seattle Passenger Transport Authority has placed an order for 210 articulated buses. MAN supplied 400 articulated buses to 11 different operators in the USA during 1978/79 and the buses will join 150 already in service in Seattle.

As a result of the order MAN intends to build an assembly plant in America to undertake final vehicle assembly.

MAN has also won a major order for 60 2-axle single deck and 20 articulated bus chassis for the town of Auckland in New Zealand.

From this summer it will supply 600 deckers to the Public Transport operator in Baghdad, Iraq. An operator which once has relied on Leyland Atlantean doubledeckers.
