A range of captive nuts is produced to suit various thread forms for use on sheet metal or plastics between 0.036 and 0-064 in. thick. Push nuts are designed for assembly onto plain rod and when in position a special locking action exerts a strong resistance to removal. As with the captive nuts they are made from spring steel. Sizes to suit live rod diameters are made.
