Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The latest comments on Roadtransport.com Unite warns of tanker driver strikes ahead of showdown talks (CM 24 February) “Here we go again with the tanker drivers: why don’t Unite call a national stoppage to get fuel prices down rather than do their usual and have the tanker drivers out for more money?”

Willmac VOSA accused of not enforcing initial Driver CPC (CM 17 February)

“Hermes Driving School always informs trainees at the initial consultation as they require the Initial Driver CPC theory test before they go on to take the Initial Driver CPC practical. We usually arrange the Initial Driver CPC practical during the same week as their LGV practical training at no extra cost (apart from the DSA fee of £55). I am astounded by how many drivers are either leaving the Driver CPC periodic training, thinking/hoping that it may be scrapped, and also at the firms that are completely washing their hands of it, leaving it to the driver to fund training. Surely this will be a risk to their business in 2014.” batleygrimmy
