● Transam Trucking: in the 12 months to 31 December 2009, the company made a pre-tax profit of £174,257 on sales of £15.4m.
● ES Group, of which EST was a subsidiary, has not filed any results since the year ending 31 December 2008. In that year it made a pre-tax profit of £1.6m on a turnover of £36.3m. However, in early 2010 EST twice filed intentions to appoint an administrator to the company, claiming it would soon be in a position where it could not pay its debts. The two firms say they expect to create a combined turnover of £17m.
