Socially, the firm provides its employees with clubs ranging from theatre arts to photography. There's even a trekking and mountaineering club which ventures as high as Mount Everest.
Philanthropy has always been a key part of Tata; it was a core belief of the founder. His desire to improve conditions for everyone, not just employees, is still at the heart of Tata's philosophy.
