Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Truck sales began to ease in the New Year with January registrations falling 3.4% year on year, to 3,929. Trucks up to 15 tonnes GVW and over 15 tonnes GVW showed a year-on-year dip of 4.6% and 2.5% respectively in January.

However, at 56,175 rolling-year sales are still up 1.1% over the same period in 2004. The worst news comes from the rigid sector, which was down 4.5% at 2,761 units but rolling year registrations, at 37,353 were up slightly on 37,027 for January 2004. The best performers in the rigid sector were 7.5-12 tonnes GVW, which enjoyed 30.9% growth. Artics fell 2.4%, to 1,168 registrations. Two-axle artics saw the strongest growth up 23.8% for the month.
