Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Understand the role of the

operative: How will the system be used in a specific job role, for example if a certain tool is used 95% of the time it shouldn't be stored at the front of the van.

• Understand the load: Be aware of what equipment and storage systems are needed before selecting a vehicle to use. These factors may tilt it over the GVVV once it is fitted with all the relevant tools as well. • Responsibility for materials: There

may be health and safety or driver welfare issues to consider.

• Where will the vehicle work? MI it be going off-road and therefore need reinforced fixings? If it's working on main roads or the motorway it may need special lighting.

• Brand values: This can work in two ways. A new system will up the game internally when it comes to a worker's environment, giving them a sense of pride. And when a vehicle is out on a job it projects a professional image.
