Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Trans-Action's inaugural fuel cruise to France attracted 105 trucks last Saturday The vehicles met at Lydden Hill, Dover at 07:30hrs before leaving Dover docks on the P&O ship The Highway at 09:30hrs. The trip cost £35 per tractor.

Once in Calais the trucks filled up with cheaper continental diesel; Trans-Action campaigner Frank Steam says he saved almost 2300.

The cruise came less than a month after the RHA/Eurotunnel fuel cruise attracted only two vehicles to its launch (CM 13-19 May). Stears says another fuel cruise will probably be organised, but a date has yet to be set.
