Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TNTRODUCTORY courses for new industrial training officers are recommended in the first report of the Central Training Council's Committee on Training Officers. It is obtainable from HMSO, price ls. 6d.

It is recommended that the course should cover a minimum period of 120 hours in college and should be at least a six-week "sandwich" Course in two periods of two weeks split by a period of project work. Students should have practical experience of industry and intellectual capacity, although lack of formal qualifications should not be a bar.
