HAVING for some months past been actively engaged on the preparation of a dummy issue for a new journal, Freight Management, Norman H. Tilsley, features editor of COMMERCIAL MOTOR, has now been appointed editor of Freight Management. it is to be published by Temple Press Ltd., publishers of COMMERCIAL MOTOR, and the first issue is planned for next September.
