wHEN an application involving four new

' articulated vehicles was granted by the North Western Licensing Authority, Mr. C. R. Hodgson, at Liverpool on Wednesday, subject to the surrender of the two licences held by Hobbs and Clarke (Liverpool) Ltd., he queried the sun-ender of the whole of the licence% involving 18 vehicles.
