Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

By Joanna Bourke FREE WORKSHOPS for trunking and aggregates groups are set to promote online benchmarking tests for improved vehicle performance.

The On Line Benchmarking (OLB) pilot programme, funded by the Department of Transport (DfT), will run two free workshops targeted at those in trunking and aggregates sectors, ahead of the OLB website going live in August.

The sessions are to demonstrate the benefits of the free OLB pilot, which will run until March 2009. John Miles, consultant for Faber Maunsell and manager of the pilot on behalf of the DtT, informs CM that the site will be open to all in the industry. He highlights its ability to provide like-forlike results and adds: "Fleet operators are the targets; those wanting to get accurate results."

Under the scheme, transport providers can input details such as fuel efficiency and vehicle type to calculate, for example, fuel consumption and time utilisation.

The free workshops will take place in London on 8 July and Lymm Services on 10 July.
