Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

It is reasonable to assume that some drivers, being away in a truck all week, may feel isolated. As personal and family events unfold, they have no one to share with or confide in.

TruckNet UK's Health and Family forum provides many of the website's users with vital advice and support from their peers. Drivers and their family members are often very frank about issues concerning them away from driving.

It is always gratifying to see how many contributors to the forum are willing to reach out and offer help and support. This happens not only on the forum itself but also often through the website's private messaging system.

Another forum not connected directly to truck driving is Bully's Truckstop Bar. To keep the driving-related forums on topic and relevant, all non-truck-related stuff is dumped in here. Jokes, funny stories and quizzes all feature in the bar. It's an area of TruckNet UK that can only be accessed by registered members, and comes with the warning that the language and content may be moderated less closely than on other parts of the site.

The 'Where am I?' section is a photo gallery with a difference. Drivers post photos of landmarks that they took on their travels (both recent and not so recent) and invite the other forum users to guess where the photos were taken. This is a popular, friendly competition.

Working alongside www.techno-solutions. co.uk, the designer and importer of the new TS02 Driver Hour Guard, TruckNet UK offers users of the device a free technical support forum. Not only the Techno Solutions staff give their input, though — members using the forum assist each other and also provide the company with valuable feedback on their product to bear in mind when designing the next version.

Finally, the data centre hosting TruckNet UK suffered a recent network failure, caused by its Internet connection supplier. A temporary connection was quickly set up, but with limited bandwidth. We apologise for the slow pageloading times over the past couple of weeks, but a new permanent connection should be in place by now.
