Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Dennis Brothers of Guildford have received an order worth £125,000 from the Birmingham city council for 22 refuse collection vehicles. This closely follows an order worth £75,000 from the Manchester city council.

The company says that firm orders for its municipal vehicles so far this year total £2m; this compares with an order book of £14-m for the same period last year.

Most of the orders are for the Paxit Major series of refuse collection vehicles, others are for effluent tankers.
