Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AWARNING that he would not tolerate inefficiency from his staff duririg the process of denationalization was given, last Saturday, by Mr. Ceorge Warrington, Sheffield district manager of British Road Services.

"My own personal view is that most of you will be here next year at this time," he said. "There will be a British Transport Commission — or whatever name you like to give it—and there will be a substantial part of longdistance haulage left under nationalization.

" I believe in nationalization. I did not once, but after what I have sten it can do, and what ther.: is for the future, I say the days of the small man are over. The days have gone when the private individual could operate vehicles and grind his men down. We know what happened in the past.

"What we want to see in the future in the transport industry is less political interference and the job run by transport people. I am standing by the British Transport Commission until they sack me."

He told his listeners that, "Quite frankly, you know as much as I do" about denationalization. "As far as we are concerned, from the chairman downwards, there has been no consultation," he added.
