Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Business / Finance

You recently published an article concerning my client Goldwings (Wales) that stated that its Operator's Licence had been revoked and this was due in part to lack of available finance. I have been asked to correct this misnomer in that my client's licence was revoked due to alleged maintenance failings and that the Traffic Commissioner requested further and better particulars of finance to be at his office by a specified date.

The financial information was sent by my staff but was not received by the Traffic Area Office. It is my understanding, however, that my client's financial position satisfied the Traffic Commissioner once the financial information had been received.

An application for a stay against the decision of the TC was made pending an appeal and was duly granted.
