Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Leyland Daf is now offering a high-volume parcel van based on its 3.5-tonne 400 Series chassis-cab. The PV600 features bodywork by Newport, Gwent-based Bedwas Bodyworks, which already offers a similar conversion on the Ford Transit.

The vehicle is the result of a joint engineering and marketing programme between Leyland Daf Vans and Bedwas to design the highest volume 3.5tonne parcel van in the UK.

The PV600 has a massive 16.570 load volume,

compared with the largest Bedwas PV500 model based on a Ford Transit 190 chassis cowl which has 14.28m3 cube.

Leyland Daf is offering the PV600 on both petrol and diesel 400 Series chassis. The petrol model has a payload of about 1,300kg; the diesel payload is 50kg less.

Bedwas engineered a new windscreen and scuttle assembly to produce an integrated front end for the PV600, which uses standard 400 Series bonnet panels and windscreen.

The PC600 can be ordered through LD's van dealers or direct from Bedwas, which quotes a conversion cost of £4,633 on top of the 400 Series chassis price for the unpainted parcel van.

In keeping with its previous PV (parcel van) designs, Bedwas' PV600 is fitted with sliding cab doors which can be locked open. The straight-sided body has a 4,040mm deck

length and a 2,060mm. width. Headroom is 1,995mm and the rear door frame has been strengthened so that a tail-lift can be fitted. Operators can also specify interior bulkheads.
